The quality monitoring guidelines are as follows :
Raw material testing by chemical & physical means
Cast Iron grade approval by chemical and physical means
Precise machining of each component as per our spare part machining drawings
Procurement of imported bearings and testing its genuineness
Rolling and dishing of the steel plates as per our required standard & sizes
Argon welding of S.S. basket, S.S. body and all other S.S. parts as per our & general arrangement drawing
Assembly of the bearing housing under controlled hydraulic pressure
Assembly of the three point suspension on our special universal foundation
Running trail of the bearing housing to check the sound and ensure trouble free running of the bearing housing
Checking of spring tensions and true alignment of body; motor housing
Alignment of basket
Dynamic balancing of the baskets as per ISO standard
Assembly of the basket; Body and Lid to give leak proof running
Empty basket running for three to four hours
Imbalance test load with 2% of the cake load by putting a weight in a corner of the basket & running the machine for hours
Testing the machine running with positive nitrogen pressure
Current Testing of electric motor at all the steps
Re-checking of all the nut bolts & fittings
Safety point approval
Our final range of centrifuge machine is quality tested and is considered ready for dispatch only after all the above mentioned parameters are met.
